ខេត្តរតនៈ គិរីជាខេត្តជាប់ព្រំដែននៃភាគឦសានប្រទេសដែលពីមុនជាខេត្តដាច់ស្រយាលខ្វះខាតហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធស្ទើតែគ្រប់ប្រភេទ។ ក្រោមម្លប់នៃសុខសន្តិភាព ជាមួយនឹងការដាក់ចេញនូវគោលនយោបាយត្រឹមត្រូវរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលពីមួយអាណត្តិទៅមួយអាណត្តិ បានធ្វើឱ្យខេត្តរតនៈគិរីមានវឌ្ឍនភាពជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ជាមួយសមិទ្ធផលនានាជាពិសេសសមិទ្ធផលក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំដែលត្រូវបានកំណត់ជាអាទិភាពខ្ពស់ដើម្បីបំពេញសេចក្តីត្រូវការរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។ ជាក់ស្តែងសមិទ្ធផលដែលកំពុងនឹងសម្ពោធដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការនេះ គឺបាននឹងបន្តបម្រើ និងលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យអប់រំ ក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលធនធានមនុស្ស ដើម្បីពង្រឹងខឿនចំណេះដឹង និងសក្តានុពលនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាព ក្នុងការចាប់យកអាជីពការងារកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរសម្រាប់លើកស្ទួយកម្រិតជីវភាពរស់នៅ ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលដែលបានដាក់ចេញចាប់ពីនីតិកាលទី១ និងបន្តរហូតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន នីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា។

Located in the northeast of Cambodia, Ratanakiri is a remote border province and lacked in all types of physical infrastructures. With total peace, the correct and farsighted policies adopted by the Royal Government of Cambodia have enabled Ratanakiri to make continuous progress with various achievements, particularly in the field of education, which is one of the government’s top priorities. The achievements inaugurated today will continue to serve the education sector by developing human resources to enhance knowledge and build capabilities for better careers, thereby improving living standards. These are consistent with the policies of the Royal Government that have been implemented since the first legislature and continued to the seventh legislature of the National Assembly.
